"After an amendment proposing expanded background checks for gun sales was rejected by the Senate Wednesday, it has been revealed 42 of the 45 senators who voted against the proposal have received donations from pro-shooting groups". Source.
Below are the 45 senators who voted against background checks. (Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid also voted “no,” but it was a procedural mechanism, so that he can reintroduce the amendment again.)
